My post specifically reflects my experience at the branch across from the plant and across from Hardee's. I'm sure the folks at other branches are fine and friendly folks, trying to do a good job for their company. The branch I visited needs to reconsider which of their employees is interacting with the public.

I visited the Calhoun, TN location. The bank refused a currency exchange before seeing my money. I had a U.S. $20 bill that I would like to have exchanged for four $5 bills. Hardee’s restaurant across the street made the currency exchange without a problem.
