Brad Cullipher was absolutely amazing! We had started re-financing through another company and after 2 months of delays with no end in sight, we switched to Mutual of Omaha. Their rate was lower, their closing costs were less and the customer service was prompt and genuine. We were even considering refinancing our rental as well since we were so impressed and he actually recommended we not do it as it wouldn't be cost effective for us. Brad truly has the customers best interest at heart. I will be the first to say that I can be very hard to please, especially with customer service, but Brad far surpassed even my high expectations. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with Brad Cullipher and Mutual of Omaha, I know I'm not!
