  Updated review June 2020: Four years later, Brad is still looking out for his clients! As soon as I qualified for the VA IRRL, I got an email from Brad and quickly gave him a call. He has a team that helped me get all my paperwork processed in a timely manner and again, Brad took the time to explain everything to me. About a month and a half after receiving the email, my refi was closed. There's no doubt that I will go to Brad for my future home purchasing or refinancing needs! Original review June 2016: Brad was my loan specialist and he was amazing from the start! I'm a first time home-buyer and Brad ensured that I was comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things to me and also kept me updated in a timely manner. If I was unsure about something, he would not hesitate to give me sound advice or recommendations with my best interest in mind. If I had a question about something, Brad always provided a correct answer or took the time to get the right answer for me. He is completely trustworthy, reliable, and diligent. I am extremely satisfied with the results and process of my first home purchase experience. I would recommend Brad to anyone interested in financing through Hawaii VA Loans!

  Just wanted to take the time to give a huge thanks to Brad Vilgos and his staff over at Hawaii VA Loans for coming through yet again on another big win! Not only did they initially secure my personal milestone of becoming a homeowner but even after a year later helped me save money going forward. Brad took the liberty of explaining the great opportunity to refinance my home while the rates were perfect. Within hours he and his team were able to lock in our fixed rate and within days coordinate to sign my new loan from out of state saving me hundreds every month!   I was so lucky to find Brad at Hawaii VA Loans! I am a single service connected veteran and very unhappy and uneasy with with another loan officer. Prior to any commitment I shopped around and gave hawaii va loans a call and Brad answered my inquiry. Within 5 minutes I knew He was my go to expert for my VA loan. I spoke on the phone that night, by the next day I was in his office and everything could not have worked out more perfect!! He exudes confidence which is backed up by his vast knowledge and ability to deliver exactly what he promises. There are no hidden fees, everything is explained in detail so that you understand everything completely. The relief that he took off my shoulders was so incredible and I felt taken care of by a veteran that treated me right. I can not give a higher recommendation than Brad. His team were outstanding as well and got things in and done with such quickness and accuracy. I feel I have made a longtime friend! You will not regret calling him!!!
