  Brady. Is. The. Guy. He found the right loan program for us and when we ran into speed bumps, Brady was the problem solver. We had a devastating job loss right in the middle of the home buying process and he stayed right there with us and helped us navigate the solution. We've purchased our home and I will be recommending Brady to anyone and everyone that I can. He is super friendly and was available to discuss our application or questions anytime anything came up, he was only a text message away. Brady was amazing making sure to communicate with myself, boyfriend, and our relator, always making sure that everyone was always on the same page and understood everything that was happening or that we needed to do. I can't speak highly enough of Brady or Intercap Lending.
