Excellent, above and beyond customer service! Keneath and Melissa helped us with the mortgage process when we bought our first home earlier this year, and we had an awesome experience working with them. They were readily available to answer any questions we had, explained things to us "newbies" in a patient and kind manner, and they were always right on top of any documents that needed to be signed. The Brantley Team is awesome! They are very personable and patient. They communicate very well and maintain that communication for years. They don't just take your money and then drop you. They send newsletters, celebration cards and use phone calls to keep up with their clients. I've used them twice so far and will continue to do so if I need future services.

I have never posted a negative review of a company before. This is worst loan process and servicing I have ever experienced! Supreme Lending customer service is a joke and their escrow department is beyond incompetent. This is the 9th mortgage company I have done business with and I wish I had never been referred to them for the refinance of our home. DO NOT do business with this company.
