      I’ve had four loans with TFCU and have only had experience with the Yukon branch, I have had really good luck with the service there and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a loan and and appreciates good service

      Always long lines. Kept getting told different things regarding when my payment is do. I use a secure credit card to build my credit and they are always telling Mr different dates of when my credit card bill is do. By them giving Mr misinformation it is beginning to affect my credit! Horrible. Always someone new that says different dates everytime I come in!!!

      The branch people are awesome however.......thier online banking system blows goats. Had everything set up and all was grand. Then they made a new mobile app and now I have to make an entirely new account. Completley ridiculous. Nothing like inconvenienceing the customer just so you can field a new app. Wouldn't be that bad if setting up a new account wasn't such a roaring pain in the keister. Once this truck loan is paid off I will be done with TFCU.
