  Friendly, professional atmosphere. I opened multiple accounts and it was a quick and painless process. Teller was very knowledgeable and informative! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  Many difficulties using the online banking to address my loan and each time required multiple steps including calling someone to reset my password. Once vehicle was traded, my payoff check was apparently lost even though correct address was confirmed. Payoff completed, supposedly a refund check was mailed 7 days later. At this time, 6 days later and still haven't received my refund check. When calling to speak with someone, I get switched to various locations rather than one location. This is not directed to one specific location.

  My experience with this bank was like finding a magical unicorn that delivers chocolate fudge ice cream with fruity pebble sprinkles at night. The sun shines over the building like a glow stick from a 1980's Metallica concert. The people their are always happy like a Geico commercial. The amount of thank you and my pleasures delivered to it's customers on a daily basis can only be compared to all the granules of rice in a 1lb bag. Only critique would be the drive up window, if they served Whoppers instead of suckers , i would have deposited something every day instead of burying my life savings of $64.78 in Jesse's back yard. Unfortunately he built a building over my green mason jar so I guess it's their to stay. Thanks for the service and being a part of our community .
