  I've had my account for over 10 years with this credit union. I don't know if they're losing money or what but recently they started adding all these additional fees. I used to put things on my debit card and sometimes I'd forget to have money in there so it'd get sent back to the bank I'd never have a fee associated to it getting sent back. NOW I'm getting charged $30 each time something gets sent back it's recorded as an insufficient funds fee. I had my account go LITERALLY negative $300 last month because of this. They started pulling all of the big items out first when I use my debit card and then all of a sudden I'm getting insidfient funds charges on like 10 small debits. I'll put money in my account to cover things in the future and I look the next day and I'll see I sificient fund charges for debits that already cleared days before. I used to have overdraft protection and everything would get paid and an additional $30 was added onto each item..no problem I signed up for that. But once I took that off I'm having to pay for these charges irregardless now. Then if something doesn't go thru they transfer a penny from my savings to my checking as a overdraft protection fees and boom my savings is now negative $5 at all times because the minutes I put five in there it's negative 5 again. I talked to a customer service rep and she said it's because we're charged a fee each time something gets sent back so now we're holding the account holder responsible and making them pay the fee. But online banks don't charge all these fees. Even though I closed my safe deposit box awhile ago I'm getting charged still for that and if I don't have money... Another fee gets attached. Every time I turn around there's fees attached to everything. I'm closing my account and sticking to my online bank now.

  Hi Karla, Are you using an Android or Apple device? In the last few days we pushed through app updates to both kinds of devices in Google Play and the App Store.
