      Today I took my daughters and their friend on a mission to find their “Dream Cars” they are all small children, so when I arrived I told Angie that we were there for them to set some goals. She was very happy to help us and took us right inside, where we met Miller and Peter. Despite the fact that we weren’t there to purchase a vehicle, they were all very excited and happy to help us!! They answered all questions and gave us pricing for their Goals book. Miller helped the kids inside the back of a truck and even showed them pretty cool features that we didn’t realize at first. Although I was not there to buy a car today, I will honestly consider going when I’m ready! As a single mom, I sometimes fear not getting the right thing or even knowing enough to know what it is I actually want in a vehicle. The entire team made me feel confident enough to say I will return!!!

      Serviced my BMW under the BMW Financial contract existing on my X7. First, lied to me and told me (when they were in possession of both sets of my car's keys) that they checked the glove box and that they were not able to locate my contract. They then claimed to talk to the service department of where the vehicle was purchased, BMW of Austin on McNeil road (they checked their incoming calls and nothing came from a BCS exchange at any point that week). When I sent them a copy of my contract, showing that the service they provided, tire replacement, was indeed covered, they REFUSED to perform the maintenance on the vehicle (also under BMW contract) and REFUSED to reimburse the $1211.62 that they charged me. It took some digging to find the name with which they are trading under. I am happy to take my vehicle for service to ANY other REAL dealership, but they are not going to STEAL $1211.62 from me. Now I have all the information I need to get the authorities involved in enforcing the contract with BMW and I am working with BMW to have their charter revoked.
