They lied to us about getting a bonus when you do a direct deposit within 3 months of opening the account.Even after me and my sons have done all that was required to get the bonus,they come up with some excuse as to why we cannot get the bonus.My sons and myself have now closed our wells fargo account.Chase bank has offered the same bonus and have paid up.

PATHETIC Only one banker in the entire branch. The hispanic lady behind the counter is also very rude and refuses to let customers in without an appointment even though employees are sitting around doing NOTHING!
