We recently moved to the area. Previously we banked at a community bank where staff felt like family. We were sad to leave our community bank-but it wasn’t practical to stay. The staff at Bremer in Princeton have been kind, helpful-even when I fly in last minute, and always know me by my name. A mid-size bank with a small town feel. when this time of uncertainty you ask for help and this bank turns you down...it was such a little amount and they were unwilling to help a small business. I ask if during this time of not being able to go into the bank..make online banking free...NOPE .. they are the only one I know that still charges a fee to use online banking.... their website is not consumer friendly.... As soon as I can I am going to another bank....

Friendly until something inconvenient happens. Very unwilling to take overdraft fees or continuous fees off of your account. Not that impressed
