  Bret cohns made my experience with refinancing my first home very easy and comfortable. As a first time home buyer the next step for me was to refinance for a lower rate and I'm glad I found him. I went thru a different company before I met him and it was nothing but headaches and smoking mirrors. As soon as I walked into the office he was able to let me know what was available but not only that walked me thru the whole processes. If your looking for an honest and reliable loan provider I highly recommend this guy!

  The service that Bret provided was precise (no errors), timely (he was very quick to respond to questions & to provide paperwork for us to sign), and very friendly/personable too.   Not the place to go to for a mortgage loan or loan of any kind. They are not reliable and don’t even communicate with you. They won’t even keep you updated. I ran my credit with them and lost many points for nothing. My fault, my mistake. People, don’t make the same mistake as me. Find a different lender that at least keeps you updated and informed while in the process. Trust me on this one. 👍🙁
