  If I could give more stars, I would! We have had a wonderful experience with Phenix Pride. We started with our vehicles. Then we decided to do a balance transfer to pay off a couple of student loans much faster. Because of how customer centered they were through those processes, we decided to open checking and savings as well! I’ve spent a long time paying bank fees and waiting on hold for someone to help me, but that changed when we moved to our local credit union. They were attentive from the beginning and appreciative of our business! Alli and Megan in the loans department were exceptional with their knowledge and customer service! My husband and I are at peace knowing our finances are with people in a business we can trust. Great job, Phenix Pride!

  If I could give - I would gladly do that. Applied for an auto loan, and was lied to by the lady who answers extension 1 for new loans that she would get back to me by the end of the day. That was at 2:00 p.m. called the next day at 11:00 a.m. (6 business hours to at least pull my credit has gone by now), she answers and pretends to be someone else. Smh She clearly gave herself away by voluntarily mentioning something me and the so-called OTHER lady talked about. How would she know the info she knew, if SHE wasn’t HER from the day prior? EXTREMELY unprofessional and lackluster to say the least in the business realm. It took us calling THEM back 2-3 hours later only to be told I wasn’t approved. I have good credit, and an outstanding income, but not enough so-called ‘revolving credit’, yet I was told by a local business to use them, and they are “very good , and easy to deal with”. What a sour recommendation, and extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and minuscule manner in which to do business. Regardless of whether a customer is approved or denied, professionalism always trumps tackiness when delivering such information. At any rate, I already drive a BMW Alpina that was gifted to me and paid in cash from my husband, I only wanted a recreational vehicle, and since this fiasco, I’ve since been approved by four other lenders. Smh That ole ‘southern good boy/girl system is still around, and Phenix City, AL is noted for this behavior. In due time, all bad things come to an end.
