  Michelle Edmond and Daniella Gizzi are exceptional at your downtown Fort Lauderdale location. Promote them, but keep them at that location because I go to that location specifically because they are there and they give Brightstar a great name and create a personalized experience that banks normally don't achieve. Honestly I just met Michelle today and understand she may be new and I commend you on a great hire. I have had the pleasure of seeing Daniella each time I go. She is pleasant, efficient, and emotionally intelligent. I do not say this lightly because I have given negative feedback about your organization as well as a few employees. I was about to switch banks, but recently moved to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and that made the downtown location convenient. I went one time and after walking out I quickly realized it was one of those moments that confirms what you have always known to be true was true, people matter, and can make or break a business no matter how large or small. I am a small business owner and know that fact well. Daniella singlehandedly changed Brightstars trajectory concerning me and my satisfaction with banking there. I know this is a long review, but your leaders should know that people make a difference and you have a young lady at your downtown location that gets it. She is making a difference everyday and most likely with every single customer and colleague she encounters. So I take giving feedback seriously because I am always seeking it. Daniella deserves to be commended and rewarded. She saved me from leaving and didn't even know it. Now maybe I don't matter. I am aware of the fact that I am just one of many Brightstar customers. The Eureka moment should be the fact that she didn't know she was saving me and that is the high value of professionals like Daniella. Just being who they are, is the difference. You need more like her, and I recommend you do everything possible to keep her because her value is immense. I told her personally she rocks because I believe in giving flowers when I smell them, right on the spot, because people need to know who they really are so that they can light the world, authentically, in the midst of so much darkness. Brightstar should do the same. ✌🏿❤️‼️

  Went in on a Saturday to open an account for my teenager. Member Rep, Frantz Dorvilne assisted us. We didn't have to wait long, he helped us open the account and download the BSCU app to the cellphone. Mr. Dorvilne was polite, kind, and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered, and we left happy and accomplished. I've been a Brightstar member for years, and I must state that they have amazing customer service... top representatives from the past such a Miss Mavia and Miss Annette Sanford, and now the present with Mr. Dorvilne. I love being a Brightstar customer!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
