  I like working with Brittany because she is great at communicating with the clients and going over the process with them step by step. She is constantly updating me along the way and create a great team aspect for our clients to rely on. It makes the client feel more secure and like they can count on us together rather than separately. Brittany also assures the clients that they can trust in me. She is different from other lenders in the way that she is prompt with communication and that she genuinely care about the clients’ concerns. She takes the time to explain things to them in a way that they understand.

  To say Brittany Waters at Finance of America “helped” us get a home would be a complete understatement, she was there with us absolutely every step of the way. We connected with her a few months before we were ready to start the buying process. Extremely detailed, very responsive, knowledgeable, patient (some of it can be confusing – we needed to hear it more than once!) and just plain nice.
