  Brooke was such a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers we didn’t know much about the process, and Brooke was so patient with explaining everything to us. She was also able to help us put together offers so quick and efficiently, and closed really fast when we went under contract. We’re so lucky to have found her! I’m not sure we would’ve gotten a place so fast if she hadn’t been so on the ball.

  I closed on a house in March, 2022 in Austin with AMAZING support from Brooke Payne and CMG mortgage. I cannot say enough great things about my interactions with Brooke. Brooke is a professional beyond compare. She works round the clock to make sure no query is left unanswered; we had to rush to make a couple of offers and she aggressively turned around every one of our requests so quickly! She operates with a high degree of transparency and quickly builds trust with you, your realtor team, the title company etc. In our case, she was able to get us an amazing rate by shopping around with multiple investors. When we changed our mind on our down payment amount, she gave us multiple options and exit strategies. She and her team communicated extremely well - we knew exactly what was happening every step along the way. We felt like we had someone on our side fighting for us and wanting the best for us. I consider myself lucky to have crossed paths with Brooke. She is exactly what we needed on this bonkers of a housing market in Austin. Cannot recommend her enough! She is the real deal.
