  I really felt well-cared-for when dealing with Mark which is more than I can say about the giant lenders. Mark and the entire CMGF team were helpful and keen to keep us updated at every step of the way without spamming us. He did great work in a very short period of time and took a lot of the confusion and anxiety right out of the process.

  Making the impossible, POSSIBLE! Obtaining a mortgage has been really tough over the past several years due to my ex-spouse's financial neglect. While I continued to attempt to maintain a good credit history, despite things that negatively affected me and were beyond my control, it was difficult to find someone in the field to even attempt to find the best options for us. My story is one that is rare-finding someone like Mark is even more rare. We are beyond blessed to have found him! Mark effectively communicated throughout the process, no matter the hour...day or night, and most importantly, Mark put blood, sweat, and tears into making sure we were able to get a loan approval. His passion in the field is beyond recognized and appreciated!
