  Highly unprofessional arrangement of servicing, they are not aware how to solve what should be common banking issues usually argue Infront of customers, which is very demeaning to the staff and usually have but one to two persons for the entire traffic volume no matter what time of day you go in, they do not have different locations which is a disadvantage, there is a surcharge for everything, they do not have multiple departments but one person usually wears many hats to which causes delay from the servicing of others as Management is never available to be hands on in the functioning of good business.

We are a small financial institution with two branches in Brooklyn, but we offer many ways for our members to bank remotely including two nationwide surcharge free networks (through Coop Network and Citibank partnerships), deposit taking ATMs, online banking, bill pay and secured messaging.
