  Bruce was irreplaceable in helping us purchase a beautiful estate in Evergreen, Co. He was creative, and extremely thorough, in his knowledge and research to find the right lender for the type of loan we wanted. We were not the easiest buyers as my husband is foreign and so had a whole different set of hoops to jump through. The transaction also developed some very unusual and unforeseen complications that could easily have been deal breakers. Bruce walked us through the whole process with relative ease. He went above and beyond to keep our rate low and get the terms that we wanted through all of these circumstances and multiple delays. He is diligent and extremely responsive. He constantly kept us well informed and did his utmost to take the time consuming burden of going through this process off of our hands. He also has great business connections and knowledge of people in the area. He was very helpful on referrals and advice as we shopped for insurance, contractors, etc. Truly first class service. We wouldn’t have made it through without him and give him the highest possible recommendation.

  Best mortgage broker out there! He’s totally in your corner, looking to find you the best deal out there. He considers several loan options and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. Has been extremely patient with us and had helped us greatly. You have to use him!

  Bruce Jenkins did an amazing job as the lender on a very tricky transaction that several other lenders turned down. It involved a foreign buyer and large loan amount. He worked diligently, was always quick to respond to calls and emails, was very knowledgeable and hard working. I recommend him highly.
