      I gave Bruce a call as a recommendation from a relative and wanted to see if I had qualified for a mortgage and if not what I can do to get to that point. Everything was good when I first talked to Bruce but than after that first day, there was no communication what so ever. He claimed he can’t see any of my emails and when I call, he says he would call me back. Never happened. Would not recommend to anyone. There are better places to get a loan than going through this guy.

      I was just approved for an FHA loan and was able to purchase my first home. It was a tough road; the underwriters were relentless. We had to extend settlement date twice to deal with IRS and deposit documentation. But Bruce Rider was persistent and was there every day to help me through the whole process (Home loan for dummies) I would recommend Bruce at First Heritage to anyone looking for a home loan.
