  Let me tell you something about Buckhead Home Loans... They were amazing to work with! Their portal was easy to use for signing up, uploading documents, and tracking what was required to send. They also had better interest rates than anyone else i could find. (a half percent still makes a difference). They seem to have a well networked underwriting network and an extremely responsive, crisp team (Looking at you boss lady Kim Lovingood).... Let me tell you about my dude, Anthony Smothers (My loan officer). Ask for him. You want him. He's the best gateway to the world of financing if you have no idea what is going on. That man is a bundle of energy and information and you would be wise to learn and listen to his advice. If you poke him for it, he has thorough knowledge about navigating the complicated landscape of financial regulations and is very thorough in his explanation of how it works and why you can or can't do something. He has a strong fiduciary sense, straight talker, and flexible thinking to get you the loan you need as long as you qualify and can get through his strict screening process. One thing for sure from beginning to the end you can tell he is always on your side. Anthony Smothers and Buckhead Home Loans come highly recommended.

  What a TOP NOTCH company. Anthony Smothers is absolutely THE BEST! I have purchased and refinanced several homes over the past 5 years and not a single experience can compare to that of Buckhead. My husband works in the movie/TV industry and has several payroll companies at any given time. Anthony and his team totally get it! They understand how it works and made it so easy for us to prove income. In fact, he did most of the leg work himself! I have never had a loan person of any kind do this for us. We were able to close in 3 weeks with not a single hiccup. I feel that Anthony and his team were able to see what was around the corner and prevent any issue before it became one. I am so thankful! I will NEVER use anyone else! Thank you Anthony!

  Buckhead is fantastic. Kris Thurman and his team are knowledgeable, hard working and get results. I highly recommend Kris and the entire team at Buxkhead and will definitely use them again!
