  This place is amazing! It's the only waterfront rental property in the Chattahoochee National Forest and it goes without saying, a hidden lil' gem. The management crew is receptive and they generally respond to maintenance requests within less than 24 hours or so. Although you are in the city, living here feels like you're in the wild in the best possible way (a lot of cute deer). The condo community has a salt water pool, personal dog bath station, dog park it's own kayak/canoe dock, amongst many other amenities. But don't take my word for it, come check it out. :)

  First of all the new property manager is very rude she talks to people like we’re kids “lady we are grown”…… Another situation….. i came into the official to talk to the property manager?????? And i asked her a question and she replied back to me in front of other lease holders “ i really don’t have time for this” So on my way out other lease holders stopped me and said she is very rude and i should report her to corporate…… so i was going to do it until i asked the property manager for corporate number and she refuses to give me the corporate office number 😳😳😳😳 I REALLY LOVE THE COMPLEX BUT THE PROPERTY MANGER HAS TO GO AND I HAVE AT LEAST 12 LEASE HOLDERS AS FRIENDS THAT LIVES IN THE COMPLEX THAT AGREES WITH ME… NOW EVERYTIME I GO TO THE OFFICE SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE OR PASS ME OF TO ANOTHER GUEST WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE BUT IM STILL SEEKING CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

  Spacious living. Love the river and the dog park. Front office was always responsive when I needed help
