  A big shoutout and thanks to Steve Hopper & Magnolia Bank. Steve was a blessing and pleasure to work with. He made the process so smooth to navigate. He walked me through the application process from start to finish. This is my first time trying to purchase a home and qualify for a loan. He was very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and timely. My prayers were answered.

  Thank you to Richie Duncan, Kelly McDaniel and their team for working in an expeditious manner which helped us close on our home in a timely manner inspite of the pandemic. It was an emotional Rollercoaster for me being a first time home buyer, however Richie and his team were very professional and patient throughout the entire process.

  I tried applying with them because of all the hype on their websites about being able to approve and being able to explain everything thoroughly and staying in constant contact. I delt with Kathleen “Katie”. She took my application on a Thursday and told me she would update on the weekend. Come Monday she finally got back to me and without any explanation in an email she said “your dti is way to high. I can’t approve you at this time. No other explanation or further advise or assistance. A long way from all the great customer service and hype they advertise on their many websites. I’m starting to think their reviews are fake. Once she saw that I would not qualify she seemed less than interested to see what we could do to get qualified. No help or advise whatsoever. UPDATE: RICHIE DUNCAN CALLED ME PERSONALLY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUR CONVERSATION. He apologized for my experience without giving excuses and took the time to explain exactly what the situation was and what I could do to try and qualify in the future. Bottom line his customer service was what I needed reassure that this company could be the right fit once I get better financially. Happy he took the time to explain and help me out. I guess the reviews are true dealing with Richie
