      Have bank with them for a very long time. Except today I could afford lunch as I was overcharged by the hundreds of dollars for an accounting mistake that affected many of their customers. Thank God I didn't need something important Apparently public embarrassment is barely worth an apology from Commerce.

      This is the worst Commerce Bank location there is. Everytime I come here there is a wait or a rude associate. Right now I'm in the drive thru. I have been here for 17 minutes while they "fix" the cash machine. I would just get my license back and go to another location, but the teller won't answer the button when I press it, so I can't leave without my driver's license. I heard the other teller say to the customer parked next to me the wait is because of me and them waiting to get my cash from the cash machine. It has been almost 20 minutes and I have to get my kids from school. I really don't appreciate having my license held while I wait for them to do maintenance. Very frustrating and certainly shows no regard for customers and schedule. I would never recommend this location, everytime I come here there is something that could easily be fixed with proper management. This location is poorly managed is what it comes down to.
