      This branch is still the only branch to deal with! They are courteous, fantastic and a pleasure to talk to when needing help and they do their best to help you with all your banking issues!!! They're great❤️

      Beware! Allows you to pick your date for auto pay, your payment comes out on that date for TWO YEARS, to later find out they have been charging you a late fee every month. They won’t do anything about it because it’s “your responsibility to check your own statements.” I’m sorry, but if I have something on autopay, why would I feel it necessary to review my statement each month?? Not to mention, I spoke with a rep at the branch who told me my payments was NOT late and would not be marked as so.

      Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Jennifer Fetchen can’t handle a simple dispute and will make you do all the work. Poor customer service. Can’t receive a call back. When you call the local branch you get connected to a call center in the Middle East where you also receive no help whatsoever. I will be taking my accounts as well as my husband and his business account elsewhere. This is a poor excuse for an establishment that is supposed to protect your money.
