      I arrived during lunch and the lobby was closed, I asked for information to look at for opening a checking and savings, they were rude and only handed me 1 small pamphlet with no information. Not helpful at all. Lost a customer. Update: went to Middletown Valley Bank and opened an account in less than 30 minutes got a big bag of swag and customer service was excellent.
