I left a raving review 9 months ago, but since then my feelings have changed. You guys use to send out letters, but apparently since the pandemic started you guys stopped. I had a PlayStation 4 I came to get out of pawn but was pulled and sold the week before I came and got it which I'm sure you guys sold for over $200 before I came and got it, but was able to get everything else out of pawn that I had pawned with or before I came to get the PlayStation 4. I'm sure your response will be its not our policy pr responsibility to send letters, bit why stop sending them when this pandemic had started when you guys where doing them all the time?

We are sorry to hear about this incident. Our computer system will not allow us to pull and sell any merchandise without a reminder letter being sent. Also, our records show that a reminder letter was sent for this item, which means that the post office must have lost the letter during delivery. We hope that this clarifies the situation.
