Outstanding, friendly, family owned bank. Everyone in every branch goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Staff is more than knowledgeable and go way above to help you. Have moved out of state, but still do all my banking there. 5☆'s PLUS

Staff is great but always running into technical issues/being unable to access my card for no reason/unable to access account for no reason, and information isn't consistent (e.g. calling transfer $ line and there not being an option to do so; calling the customer service line they give on the line but it's really only for general card recovery; being told i'd be able to access my first deposit immediately and then having to wait 9+ days. Good people, but issues in the system.
