      This is my preferred local banking. This is a community based bank which is part of their service value. They staff and management is more than accommodating to their customers. Unlike "big banks" they know and care about customer needs and will work with you individually. And, when it comes to small business? You can't find a better business. They will invest in your business as a partner. This is true in their checking, savings, financial concerns personally or as a business. Personally, I go to the Springfield branch. The management there is awesome. And, as a customer, they provide additional services that other banks don't. And, they have multilingual staff which is a plus. I trust their leadership and management to guide us through current times.
