  Bought a bike from them. It needed some work since it was in a wreck but the price was good and the guys at the store were nice people overall.

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have no idea what they're doing. I spoke with someone on the phone prior to my visit at the store to make sure they valued diamonds etc.. Upon arriving to the store, my husband handed the two gentlemen behind the counter his grandmothers diamond from her engagement ring to have appraised and they came back and said "they couldn't take it because it was a lab grown moissanite". This is absolutely incorrect as this diamond has been appraised not once, not twice but three times in the prior years. We immediately went and got three more appraisals directly after we left Buy Sell Loan and all three places laughed at the idea that this diamond was a moisannite. The diamond was in fact real and all three places, all accredited diamond buyers all wanted to take it off our hands as it was a diamond from the 1940's and in incredible condition. How insulting that a "diamond buyer" wouldn't have the respect to make sure they weren't insulting a customer with their bogus lab created diamond. I have the paperwork in front of me displaying the exact details and value of this diamond. Sooooo I professional and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

  If you want them to scrape up your jewelry trying to prove its fake, this is the place for you. Want to get treated with no dignity and no respect because you want to pawn somthing at a pawn shop, go here. If you are white maybe your experience here will be enjoyable however if you are of brown skin do not expect to be treated fair. The guy with the glasses and long hair... Cussed me out after he told me he would scratch up my jewelry on purpose. Because im black and have a gold diamond ring the dude was offended. Black man take your buissiness where they will respect you. We deserve that much.
