  Jeff came recommended from someone who is very demanding about service and getting things done. I knew Jeff would be good from the beginning. Jeff is owner of a large Real Estate Group “Buy Utah Homes Realty.” He was very personable and worked with us one-on-one so well that I thought he just a team of one. My wife and I decided what we wanted for a home, told Jeff, and he provided a full MLS web listing of homes that met our criteria when they hit the Market. Sometimes I would get several emails a day due to the hot housing market. I had to leave the housing Market the end of 2021 and re-enter the middle of 2022. Jeff was right there, and we picked up right where we had left off. I had switched mortgage companies and Jeff worked closely with the new unknown mortgage broker. They made a great team in making things happen and following-up. That is the kind of person Jeff is, he works great with anyone. After looking at the web offerings, I would go look at the house and if I was interested and wanted to show my wife, Jeff was usually able to arrange same day or next day viewing of the house. When I called, emailed, or texted with a question or comment about the search, his response time was usually within hours or less. Our new house experience was phenomenal. When we found the house we wanted, Jeff worked with us on an offer that was less than the asking price with no competing offers from other buyers. The offer was accepted the next day. We closed in three weeks. I almost hated to close on the house because then Jeff had to move on to other home buyers, but Jeff was there throughout the whole process including being there at closing to answer any questions. I always knew what was happening because Jeff kept me informed the whole time and educated me if I had questions. I really felt that he worked for me and had my best interest at heart. I WOULD RECOMMEND JEFF TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY CLOSE FRIENDS AND FAMILY. This housing experience was one of the smoothest of any home I have purchased, and this is in a housing market that has been in total chaos for the last few years.
