  When we first started they were ok but we have received emails every week to renew but either no one will contact you back or they say that there is nothing that they can do for us even though we have never missed a payment or even asked for assistance after the loan started. We find it hard to believe since we were able to get loans elsewhere as well. They definitely work hard to get your business at first but they don't keep up that same work ethic when it comes to keeping your business.

  Our company entered into an agreement with Byzfunder for a short term loan. During the repayment period we ran into financial difficulties, hence the reason for the loan. This company agreed to a reduced rate for payments on a temporary basis. They then began removing the reduced amount DAILY! Not weekly as we agreed upon. They stole several thousands of dollars from our business and their response when asked to return it was "Yes, we made a mistake, but you are very far behind and we are already providing you assistance with a minimal payment." They then offered to counter the situation with a minimal payment for "a week or two". This company has proven to be irresponsible and highly unethical. I will tell anyone who will listen to not do business with this company!
