      Customer service of and old town bank back when things where easy. Didn’t ask for a blood sample or DNA test to prove identity ha ha Ha

      Beware of taking a loan particularly auto loan with this bank. This bank was aware of a scam committed by auto dealership and proceeded to provide loans for them . My car has been paid in full to the dealership but despite this, having forged documents proceeded to repossess my car. This was done with no warning or offer for settlement. Discussion with one of the mangers Tom and with Joyce Smith resulted in rude and condescending response. They still hold my car. The attorney general office is investigating them for numerous regulatory errors.
