They want to make money off of tiny overdraft fees instead of protecting the private small town persons who bank with them. I suggest, if you can, to bank with someone like Navy federal. I wish I closed my account with C&F years ago. I dislike them so much, I rather waste my time writing a review about how unprofessional they are. At one point the woman who called to discuss the account I do not use suggested "have you thought about talking to your dad about this?". Those are not the type of suggestions that should be made. SUPER unprofessional and boarder line embarrassing to the company to allow this to occur. Oh but I forgot, they make money from Nickle and diming private citizens.

I have been so impressed with the service and friendliness at this branch. David Younce is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and is always there to answer questions I have. All of the tellers are so friendly and helpful too. You get a real small town feel there with big city service.
