      Called to get any proof in writing that I paid my dues for last year (2020). Would not do it after not even recognizing the name of our subdivision. Paid for last five years and not able to get any proof of payment for even those times is appalling and without regard to the services we pay for faithfully and annually. I expected better

      Thank you Mr. Jackson for taking the time to leave a review. We strive to provide excellent customer service and have multiple mechanisms in place for homeowners to obtain payment information. We initially issue a detailed statement to homeowners and that, in conjunction with, the owner's banking information is one. We also have available an "Account Activity" report which will show the financial transactions that have occurred on an account. Finally, we will issue"zero balance letters" upon request. Please contact our office again and the customer service representative you speak with should be able to assist you. Please accept our apology that you were not offered any of these options in the past.

      These people don’t even deserve a one star rating, but you have to give them one just to share your experiences with them. We had a board that wasn’t up to par, our neighborhood bill should’ve been about $975.00, and with a board that was not complete, and no one really watching we were getting billed over $2600.00 (not lol) on top of that they were giving themselves raises that weren’t approved. Not to mention all the bull nose lies. If that’s what you want for you community, call them up
