      Thought about moving my finances to SSFCU, but after reading their poor ratings by unsatisfied customers over the same things that I would need from them, I decided to take my business elsewhere. People are burnt out dealing with terrible service & all banks/CU's do is give lip service but no significant changes. Thank you reviewers for the FYI

      Could not be happier with the customer service we received on Monday. Ms Erin S., welcomed us the moment we walked through the door, and spent an incredible 1 1/2 hrs resolving our problem. She listened to our issues, told us how she help could resolve them, and then she went to work. Absolutely incredible customer service!
