  Thank you for calling me and taking time to fix the spiraling levels of confusion. It's much appreciated. It is nice to have a bank call and communicate to fix problems and answer questions. But it's something more when they call and confront and fix issues that boiled over due to human emotions. I gained alot of respect for the employee who called me this morning. She took time and effort to call and hear me out and then explained everything to me and really heard me. Sometimes we forget we are all human. And there are those who do their jobs. And those who truly care and respect their job and the ppl it serves. Thank you. Thank you for ur patience, understanding, and for your dedication to the people who trust you with their financial needs. I was very upset yesterday and more confused after my first call. But today when yall called and spoke to me it was refreshing. I now understand everything about the thing. And that is because u really helped me. Thank you. 😊

  I guess if the teller doesn't know you and you don't have an account there, your fair game to be talked down to and shamed. One of the tellers was very rude didn't get her name but I'm glad I don't bank there. I was paying rent and she flat out said oh you must be late, no I pay early. Also was basically shouting at me and ignoring me when I told her my name. The Management there needs to talk to every single teller, because the other one just stood by and watched.
