      Greet everyone when entering the Building excellent customer service by phone and in person. Everyone keeps a smile on their face, also very friendly! Enjoy doing business with Cabrillo Credit Union at all three locations….downtown, La Mesa & Chula Vista….. keep up the good work!!!!!

      So over the years that I had cabrillo; they have been really nice and helpful. I don't understand though how when you personally go to their locations to deposit money ect, that they never notice to activate or unhold a card. You don't notice your card on hold or won't work until you try to make a transaction. Why don't they notice to unhold a card ever? They need to change something with their system.

      Called their bank and they were polite and helpful even though my call wasn’t urgent or important. Their customer service and app are both great which is almost impossible to find with a credit union.
