My wife and I worked with Macklin Kaiser at West Coast Funding to purchase our first home. Macklin made the process almost too easy and took all the stress out of the loan process people constantly complain about. Macklin was incredibly thoughtful and generous with his time as we tried to understand the process and feel comfortable making such a big life move. There was never a time Macklin wasn't available to jump on a call and answer a question. He acted as the liaison between all parties in the transaction and kept us up to speed the whole time. Casey Peek and his Team were simply fantastic! We were under the crunch to refi a jumbo loan for our house. With interest rates rising, his staff and he worked tirelessly for us, even after hours, walking me through online portal uploading (!) but never seeming annoyed. We have refi'd numerous times for various properties and pitted him against other brokers and banks - he was the best! This was by far the best experience thus far. P.S. Casey got us the BEST rate in the nick of time! He's a super nice guy, as well as his team. I highly recommend WCF for all your refi needs.
