      In all the US cities where I have worked and travelled, whether on commercial or personal business, State Bank is the worst bank I've encountered. This bank can't keep its accounts straight: It has incorrectly deducted other customers' payments from my accounts; appears to always lag significantly in its record keeping, whether debits or credits, either online or in real-time; appears to depend wholly on its customers in finding mistakes in its accounting system; and its customer service department appears to employ unskilled, uneducated employees. Yes, this bank talks quite a bit about customer service, but that's all we ever experienced - lots of talk and little action. Lots of wasted customer time to solve problems caused by this bank. My suggestion: go elsewhere.
