      Unreliable, I am taking my money out today. The branch manager Eric Taylor is unreliable, boredering on untruthful. I need my money in an institution that I feel I can trust.

      A absolute nightmare. Do not use this bank. The online app is crap. The mobile app glitches. They will charge you overdraft fees even though you opted out. Thr app glitched said i had 170.00 in atom pending check card activity. I ofcourse naturaly took my money out. They then charged me a overdraft fee even though I signed a contract that opts me out of getting overdraft fees. They didn't even know it was thr charge until it posted. I had to go through hell and still am dealing with this situation. I honestly don't have words for how awful this bank is. Its not the branches its the bank itself as a whole. The only thing you can use this place for and not have issues is if you get a savings account and never touch it. Their checking and online backing is so bad its scary.
