If you're relocating they're pretty great. %99 of everything can be done online or via email. They make a lot of things super easy like uploading documents to the website (so you don't send anything important, unsecured iykyk) They are also licensed in a ton of places so if you work from home and have been looking in multiple states, definitely something to check. Only issue I had was they couldn't find an appraiser for my area, but that had more to do with me wanting to close so quick and how busy all the appraisers are right now. I really appreciate how quick everyone was with responding to emails and letting me know who to contact for stuff. Between them and my realtor Jamie Edick, everything ended up working out great.
