Horrible. Required flood insurance last minute to close. Acquired insurance and closed. Received multiple notices that they were going to purchase a policy unless we provided proof of insurance which we ended up doing multiple times. Spoke with a rep that hung up on me and just received a bill for a policy they puchased for us. Cant get through to anyone that has any idea how to do their job. Awful.
