  Worst customer service, not helpful at all. Not much to say. (They read my review and threaten to remove my opinion on their company) I never receive statements the call team sucks. I could go on and on. I haven’t missed one payment with them. Man I can’t wait to finish paying this company off. Good luck to anyone that uses Calfund.

  Dear client Based on an extensive research on this matter with our marketing and receivables team, we have made a conclusion that this review is without any merit. Here's why its without merit and for the same reason it will be reported to google, unless you get in touch with us to explain otherwise. You had called in with a request to lower your monthly payments to which our CSR, unfortunately could not help you with given you current finance contract. Then you requested for us to buy your financed equipment out to which we also could not help you with. Given you did not receive a satisfactory answer to your request, you chose to give our company a bad review. Your phone call had nothing to do with a customer service question and/or concern to which our staff could have serviced you. Please take a moment to read my logical answer and if you feel that there is more to this, please feel free to email be below within the next 48 hours with your contact # and I will personally call you back. (Dear Customer, all we are implying here is that we are not in the business of buying equipment from our current customers. We only finance the equipment. We also unable to adjust your monthly payments as your payments are solely based on your finance agreement. Based on these two facts, how do you determine that our customer service is the worst?
