  I highly recommend Erin Pryor at Caliber Home Loans. Erin went out of her way to secure our VA loan FAST after Veterans United (VU) dropped us due to their own incompetence. My husband and I both had credit scores in the 800s and plenty of steady income. Despite VU pre-approving us more than 8 weeks prior to us putting in an offer on the house we eventually bought, at the last minute they kept finding "issues" with documents we'd submitted months prior. Our real estate agent recommended Erin at Caliber. Erin was able to get our loan 100% approved in four days and then close our loan less than three weeks later. She and her underwriter took the time to really look at my my and my husband's and situation and see that we were safe lending to. I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to help us secure our VA loan. You will not regret using Erin at Caliber as your lending agent.

  Absolutely fantastic customer serive! Mason and his team was prompt with their responses and I never felt lost in the process. Mason and team would send updates and always took time out to explain or clarify every step of the way! Highly recommend!!!!

  Sloppy & Late We worked with the Kirkland office, other offices may be better. On a 45-day closing, they blew the closing date by over a week due to sloppy work, and just plain being late. We were extremely lucky not to lose the house & all our earnest money. On things which should have been done 3 full weeks before the original closing date, they didn't do them until *after* the closing date had passed. On the day before closing, they called to ask for $100,000 more for closing due to simply sloppy and late work. After we pointed out their obvious mistakes, they fixed them and finally got it closed. Not our first mortgage rodeo, done many, this was by _far_ the worst. Just sloppy.
