  Lori Schlagheck made my first home buying experience very smooth. There were a lot of things needed on my end but she did a great job of staying in contact with me via text, phone calls, and email to explain everything to me. And I greatly appreciated her patience with me as I asked her way more questions than most people probably do lol. She'd often text me or talk to me on the phone after normal business hours which helped me a lot due to my schedule. Lori is very friendly and professional. She really went out of her way to help me through the home buying process. I'd love to have Lori as my loan consultant again in the future. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed!

  While refinancing my home Brandi made the entire experience easy and painless. She was extremely accommodating and patient with me considering I knew absolutely nothing. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a home loan.

  After looking at other reviews I wish we would have went with Lori! We used Shelly, started back in December and the process was delayed due to other circumstances. Had everything turned in by mid January and then all of a sudden we had to turn in the same documents three different times and then did not hear back until we reached out and asked what else we needed! Which at that point we learned the documents that were accepted, are all of a sudden not and they need a DIFFERENT form of them before moving forward. We did not know we needed anything else until we reached out which was furthering the delay of getting our loan started. We switched to another lender and have all of our document in and will know something by the end of this week! He is also much more responsive and on top of letting us know what else we need to get turned in.
