      Tried to access Key Bank Anderson OH and it was impossible. Every time I entered my account number, they said it wasn't correct. OF COURSE IT IS CORRECT. AND WHEN I ENTERED MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER< they said it wasn't correct. OF COURSE IT WAS CORRECT. Then I tried to phone this branch, and they never answered the phone. It went from 1 recording to the next and never gave me the option to talk to a person there. This is unbelievable to me. This is a Service Industry, and this bank PROVIDES NO SERVICE. If this continues, I will no longer do any business with this bank.

      We've banked with Key Bank for about 5 years now. Like with any bank, we've ran into minor issues now and then, usually procedural things that just stink to deal with. However, we've always had good service and quick response to overcome issues. At this specific location, we've always had polite reps, good service, and someone willing to discuss any issues with us and not just push us aside with an, 'it is what it is, deal with it' attitude.
