Worst Customer Service! They will Not put your money towards principal after specifically requesting that they do so. Takes numerous calls and hold times to get through. Keep your knees on their back or else they will run over you with excuses. Pmi is another problem with this company. Stay on Top of Them or you will be sorry.

They collect PMI even though they know its no longer needed and hope you don't realize it for years( we are at 40% now). Then when you do they make you jump through hoops to remove it via US snail mail and then HOPE you are approved?! What a joke... greedy...slimy.. let me think of a few more G rated terms i can use? They don't care because they buy your loan from your mortgage co without asking you anyway. GOOD LUCK and BEWARE!
