  My husband and I were referred over to The Insight Team of NEO Home Loans by our realtor. We worked directly with Amit, Darcy & Russell. All members were very professional, responsive & a wealth of information. Amit created an easy to follow analysis and estimate of what our monthly mortgage would be as well as an estimate of closing costs so we could purchase our new home confidently. Darcy was always right on top of our documents and made sure we had everything completed to keep the process moving along right on schedule. Russell called us after we purchased our home to let us know he would be personally handling our home loan for the years to come and let us know we could call him anytime with any questions. We would recommend The Insight Team of NEO Home Loans to any and all of our family & friends!

  We've been working with Ryan Grant and his team for years now, and the reasons are simple. They are highly responsive, professional, and accurate with their information. They are straight to the point with what solutions will work for us in any given market climate. If the timing isn't right, they tell us straight away, explain the reasons why, and let us know when would be a good time for us to revisit the conversation down the line. They have a great internal handoff process, and culture, so we always have a cohesive experience regardless of who we're working with in the process.
