  We cannot express our deepest and most sincere appreciation for Serena Carrier (Albany, OR) and all that she did to see our mortgage refinance through. She is exceptional at providing the support and guidance needed to ensure success for everyone involved. We had a unique situation where the appraisal took much, much longer than anticipated to completely finalize, which in turn affected lock in deadlines and everything that occurs thereafter. A (very rare) set of circumstances that impacted us and everyone else involved. But she held steady, working in collaboration with internal Caliber stakeholders and external partners to address and overcome the challenges. We've had ample experience with mortgage lenders in the 30+ years we've owned properties (primary and rental) and this was our second refinancing experience with Caliber, which was equally positive. Bottom line, it's most evident that Serena cares deeply for her clients and continues to carry the Caliber torch for "doing the right thing," especially when it comes to ensuring the success of her clients. For us, Caliber has outshone and continues to outshine the competition, making Caliber our first-choice mortgage lender.
